The Glenn Elementary project passed unanimously. The guaranteed maximum price of $57,053,519 represents an increase from the original $55 million estimate due to inflation, construction labor shortages, and supply chain disruptions. Construction will begin in mid-December 2023 and take approximately 30 months. The project includes 26.9 percent minority and women-owned business enterprise participation.
