and I'll recognize the clerk before any priority items thank you Mr Mayor the city clerk's office doesn't have any priority items but I did want to remind everyone that the W 3 vacancy closes for the first step or the application process um this Thursday the 21st thank you so much but then there is a part two there's a part two the second section consists of the questionnaire and that will open on the 21st and run through the 3rd of January sounds good so just to clarify the application Pro the application questionnaire closes on Thursday the 21st and I'm sorry could you repeat it um there are two steps to the application process the first step is our General application we are finding out who is interested they give general information about themselves then the second step consists of the questionnaire um you will discuss the questionnaire tomorrow and then it will go live on Thursday and the
questionnaire Remains live from Thursday of this week through January 3rd thank you
