To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute amendments to the construction contract, provided that the total project cost does not exceed $2,968,725.

To authorize the City Manager to execute the grant award documents to accept funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $94,600.00 for the continuation of the City’s fair housing program; and
To adopt the City of Durham Grant Project Ordinance.

To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $11,093; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to Carpenter Fletcher Road Improvements PE Agreement, provided that the total cost of the contract together with all modifications does not exceed $66,559.
