To appoint Emily Wynn Ensminger and Robert S. Frawley to the Durham Cultural Advisory Board with the terms to expire on June 30, 2027.

3. CONTRACT SW-104 SIDEWALK REPAIRS 2026
To authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract for SW-104 Sidewalk Repairs 2026 with SA Hauling & Utilities, LLC in the amount of $2,073,277;
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $103,663.85; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to SW-104 Sidewalk Repairs 2026, provided that the total cost of the contract together with all modifications does not exceed $2,176,940.85.

4. CONTRACT SW-104C INSPECTIONS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIRS - 2024 BOND REFERENDUM
To authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services contract for SW-104C Inspections for Sidewalk Repairs with Qunity, P.A. in an amount not to exceed $1,532,500.

5. CONTRACT SW-105 SIDEWALK REPAIRS (BOND) - 2024 BOND REFERENDUM
To authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract for SW-105 Sidewalk Repairs (Bond) with Browe Construction Company in the amount of $5,895,808;
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $100,000; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to SW-105 Sidewalk Repairs (Bond), provided that the total cost of the contract together with all modifications does not exceed $5,995,808.

6. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NORTH CAROLINA LAND AND WATER FUND FLOOD RISK REDUCTION GRANT CONTRACT CT-21819 FOR THE SOUTH ELLERBE RESTORATION PROJECT
To adopt the Resolution Accepting Amendment No. 1 to North Carolina Land and Water Fund Flood Risk Reduction Grant Contract CT-21819 for the South Ellerbe Restoration Project; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 1 To North Carolina Land and Water Fund Flood Risk Reduction Grant Contract CT-21819 for the South Ellerbe Restoration Project, and any associated documents.

To authorize the City Manager to execute Contract Amendment No. 2 for BR-10C, Bridge Professional Services with Kisinger, Campo, and Associates, Corp., in the amount of $300,561.00 for a total, revised contract amount not to exceed $1,074,252.50.

To adopt a Resolution accepting the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Drinking Water State Revolving Fund - Emerging Contaminants principal forgiveness loan in the amount of $392,495 for the cost of the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Treatment Study; and
To Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the loan agreement with the State of North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Infrastructure, and associated documents.
