6. CONTRACT FOR PROPERTY APPRAISAL SERVICES
To authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with CBIZ, Operations, Inc. for property appraisal services with a not to exceed amount of $79,000.00;
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $12,000; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to the CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC contract, provided that the total contract amount including existing contingency funds does not exceed $91,000.

7. PARKING FACILITIES STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH CAROLINA RESTORATION & WATERPROOFING, INC.
To authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract for the Parking Facilities Structural Maintenance Repairs with Carolina Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $3,156,979;
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $789,245; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to the construction contract for the Parking Facilities Structural Maintenance Repairs project, provided that the total contract amount including existing contingency funds does not exceed $3,946,224.

8. U.S.DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FAIR HOUSING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT GRANT AWARD FY 2025
To adopt the City of Durham Fair Housing Cooperative Agreement Grant Project Ordinance for FY 2025; and
To authorize the City Manager to execute the grant award document to accept funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $123,600.00 for the continuation of the City’s fair housing program.

9. AMENDMENT TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PY 2024-2026 GRANT PROJECT ORDINANCE #16403 FOR FEDERAL GRANT TO EXECUTE CITY OF DURHAM – WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
To adopt the U.S. Department of Labor PY 2024-2026 Grant Project Ordinance, Superseding Grant Project Ordinance #16403 for Federal Grant to execute City of Durham Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Employment Training Program, recognizing the grant award increased from $625,311 to $1,214,498.

10. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AWARD TO SCHNABEL ENGINEERING SOUTH, P.C. FOR DAM INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
To authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Schnabel Engineering South, P.C., for professional engineering services for Dam Inspections and Maintenance Activities in the amount of $2,065,393, and
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $206,539, and
To authorize the City manager to negotiate amendments to the contract provided the total contract cost does not exceed $2,271,932.
