All attendees are expected to follow the rules of decorum. Disruptions that hinder the meeting may result in removal until the individual can regain composure, and more serious or persistent conduct may result in trespass from City meetings as authorized by Chapter 46, Article VIII of the Durham City Code. If necessary, the Council will recess until order is restored. Thank you for supporting a space where everyone may be heard respectfully.” Rules of Decorum 1. All members of the public may participate in the public process. 2.
