10. CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 FOR SW-96 PW STREET MAINTENANCE REPAIRS 2024
To authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 for construction contract SW-96 PW Street Maintenance Repairs 2024 with Browe Construction Company, in the amount of $1,500,000 for a total, revised contract amounts not to exceed $5,364,109 and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to SW-96 PW Street Maintenance Repairs 2024, provided that the total contract amount including contingency funds does not exceed $5,460,711.73.

12. CONSTRUCTION AWARD TO MOFFAT PIPE INC. FOR THE NC-54 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
To authorize the City Manager to execute the NC-54 Waterline Replacement Project with Moffat Pipe Inc. in an amount not to exceed $7,646,748.02.
To establish a contingency fund in the amount of $764,674.80; and
To authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute modifications to the NC-54 Waterline Replacement Project provided that the total contract amount including contingency funds does not exceed $8,411,422.82.

13. PROPOSED WATER AND SEWER RATES FOR FY 2025-2026
To receive a presentation regarding the proposed Water and Sewer Rates for FY 2025-2026; and

To adopt an ordinance to change rates for water and sewer service, Section 1, Part 15-104 of the City’s fee schedule, effective July 1, 2025 and the newly adopted rates shall be applied to all bills issued after August 1, 2025.
