4. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) GRANT PROJECT ORDINANCES: FY2024-2025 CDBG, FY2024-2025 HOME, FY2024-2025 ESG, FY2024-2025 HOPWA, 2023 CONTINUUM OF CARE (COC) PROGRAM
To adopt an Ordinance amending the FY2024-2025 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Grant Project Ordinance (GPO) to recognize the actual entitlement received of $2,002,760 and updated program income estimate of $50,000 for a total appropriation of $2,052,760, the same being Ordinance #16301;
To adopt an Ordinance amending the FY2024-2025 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Grant Project Ordinance (GPO) to recognize the actual entitlement received of $1,040,306.45 and program income estimate of $100,000 for a total appropriation of $1,140,306.45, the same being Ordinance #16302;
To adopt an Ordinance amending the FY2024-2025 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Grant Project Ordinance (GPO) to recognize the actual appropriation received of $179,195, the same being Ordinance #16303;
To adopt an Ordinance amending the FY2024-2025 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Grant Project Ordinance (GPO) to recognize the actual appropriation of $1,103,729, the same being Ordinance #16304; and
To adopt the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Grant Number (FAIN): NC0532L4F022300 Grant Project Ordinance (GPO) in the amount of $106,610.

To adopt a resolution authorizing the Virtual City Auction to be held on December 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
