To authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order contract with Allsource (DBA Safe Industries) for the purchase of Paratech rescue equipment for the new fire department rescue apparatus in the amount not to exceed $179,695.12.

To adopt the United States Marshals Service, 2024 Fugitive Apprehension Task Force Grant Project Ordinance, superseding Grant Project Ordinance #16190 to recognize the grant award increase from $18,638 to $38,638.

24. UPDATES TO THE LOW-INCOME MONTHLY PARKING DISCOUNTED VOUCHER PROGRAM AND EVENING PARKING RATE
To authorize the City Manager to modify the Low-Income Monthly Parking Discounted Voucher Program by raising the participation criteria to 80% AMI and increasing the Voucher Discount to 75% of the monthly parking rate; and,
