What opened
Andia's Ice Cream opened a rotating scoop shop at Nanny Goat Market inside Geer House, at 620 Foster St. in downtown Durham, one block from Durham Central Park. It's the brand's newest concept. The shop carries 11 flavors daily, a combination of Andia's classics and monthly specials that changes each day.
Nanny Goat Market is a bodega-style space focused on local and small businesses. Andia's describes the host venue as "not quite grocery, not quite convenience."
What's on the menu
Cups and cones are the baseline. The shop also offers flights: six 1-oz scoops of your choice with a sugar cone on top. Ice cream brulees take a cup of French Vanilla, add a sugar crust, and torch it to order. Cookie sandwiches press a scoop between two chocolate chip cookies.
Pup cups come with a 1-oz scoop of French Vanilla and two Milk Bones. Pints are sold in-shop and on DoorDash and Uber Eats. The pint lineup matches Andia's other locations.
